  • Within Standard Delivery Areas Only
  • On products displayed as having Free Delivery.
  • If products displayed as having "Free Delivery" are combined in your order with items that do not qualify for "Free Delivery, a delivery fee”, based on the non-qualifying item will be applied.

Delivery Times and Mixed Order Delivery

Sometimes we require that deliveries be split.
You may get your order in two or more deliveries depending on what you ordered or where you are.
E.g: We might courier pillows and mattress protectors separately from the beds.

Although we are able to accommodate a specific date (if request is in time), we are not able to confirm a time due to following a route mapped for the day.

We will, however always contact you beforehand, so as to make suitable arrangements.

Stock Availability

Most times stock items are delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on your area.
Please contact us to confirm availability should you require urgent delivery.
If a production lead time is indicated, then that will apply, unless stock is available.
Items that require a fabric and colour choice will only be made on order.

Returns Policy

The provision of goods and services by The Bed Company is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, The Bed Company will refund the client in full within 7 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract No administration fee.

Reasonable requests to return goods will be considered only under the following conditions and will be handled in the following manner.

  1. Returns are handled on a case by case basis and are subject to pre-approval.
  2. The items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  3. The items must be in their original condition.
  4. You cannot return items that have been made on order. (non stock items). 
  5. Items that required specific fabrics, custom design or where a colour choice was involved cannot be returned.
  6. You will be liable for full transport costs (round trip - outgoing and incoming) which will deducted from your refund. 
  7. The full transport cost which could have cost more than what you paid or what was advertised, will be recovered. (In some instances we might have subsidized or discounted original shipping costs, or we might have absorbed additional shipping costs, or where free shipping was given) The full transport costs as incurred will be deducted from your refund.
